How do you work out the price?
Your price is fixed per visit and based on the size and type of your property — bedrooms, property type, and whether you have an extension or conservatory. No quotes to wait for, no haggling on the doorstep: the price you see is the price you pay, VAT included.
What's included in every clean?
All exterior glass, frames, sills and doors on every visit, cleaned with purified water reach-and-wash poles that dry spot-free. First cleans on a new round can take a little longer while we bring everything up to standard.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No — as long as we can reach the back of the property through a side gate or rear access, we clean while you get on with your day. That's why we ask about rear access before you join the round.
How do payments work?
You pay by secure paperless Direct Debit — set up online in a couple of minutes when you join. Payment is collected automatically per cleaning cycle (monthly or every six weeks) and you're protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Can I cancel my round?
Yes. There's no long contract — you can cancel your round at any time with 30 days' notice, and the Direct Debit Guarantee protects every payment.
