Our Story
Inviting a tradesperson into your home shouldn't be stressful. Everyone has heard the horror stories — engineers turning up late or not at all, vague quotes that balloon once the job starts, and surprise charges slapped on at the end. We built CS Services to run exactly the opposite way.
It starts with how we price. Every customer sees the rate before we start — a published hourly rate for most trades, a bespoke quote agreed upfront for gardening and external cleaning, and one fixed price for an annual boiler service. Parts are supplied at trade price plus a fixed, published margin and itemised on your invoice. There is no call-out fee and there are no hidden extras, so the number you agree to is the number you pay.
It continues with who turns up. Our engineers are qualified, insured and vetted, and they treat your home with the same care they'd want in their own — dust sheets down, waste cleared, everything tested before they leave.
Today we look after homes, rental properties and commercial premises across London and Surrey — from one-off repairs to regular garden maintenance rounds, window cleaning rounds and CS Home Cover plans that keep everything handled year-round.

CS Services is an owner-run business, and that shows in the work. Founder Calogero started out on the tools in gardens across Surrey, and he still holds every job — from a hedge cut to a full property maintenance plan — to the standard he built the company on.

Call us or book online. Tell us what's wrong — or what you want done — and we'll give you honest guidance and a clear picture of cost before anything is booked.
2. Price Agreed Upfront
You see the hourly rate or fixed price before we start. Parts are supplied at trade price plus a fixed 30% margin, itemised on your invoice, and nothing is ordered without your approval.
3. The Work Gets Done
A qualified engineer arrives on time, protects the work area, completes the job to standard and tests everything before leaving. You're kept informed throughout.
4. Pay On Completion
For one-off work you pay by card once you're happy — our engineers carry secure card machines. Regular plans run by monthly Direct Debit, so cover just happens.
